BREAKING: A-MAXX RACING ADDS $1000 PRIZE TO 206 SENIOR WINNER OF WORLD KARTING ASSOCIATION MANUFACTURERS CUP FINALE NEXT WEEKEND

Coming together last minute, A-Maxx Racing has stepped up to the plate to offer a $1000 cash prize to the winner of the 206 Senior class next Sunday at the World Karting Association Manufacturers Cup finale. Taking place at Whiteland Raceway Park, eligible winners will need to pre-enter before midnight on Sunday, October 18th or anytime between 9:00am and 5:00pm on Thursday, October 22nd trackside.

“Whiteland is my home track and I want to give back to WKA and the local 206 racers as local racing is my passion,” explained A-Maxx Racing’s Charles Maxwell. “We live for karting, put our name on the event and want to do something special to give back to the sport we love. When I contacted WKA about the idea of $1000 prize for the winner of Sunday’s 206 Senior main event, it took minutes to come up with a plan. Thank you to the WKA staff for welcoming our idea with open arms. Get pre-entered and we will see you next week!”

With pre-entry now remaining open until 11:59pm on Sunday, October 18th, 206 Senior competitors will need to enter by then, or on Thursday, October 22nd from 9:00 to 5:00pm trackside at Whiteland Raceway Park. If the winner comes from the pre-entry participant list, $1000 will be awarded at the podium on Sunday afternoon with second and third place finishers receiving $25 per class entry. If the competitor is not pre-entered, they will fall down to the previously announced payout structure of $25 per class entry for the winner.

“If you know you are going to race and want the chance at $1000, get entered now,” explained WKA Chairmen of the Board Mike Tetreault. “Charles and A-Maxx Racing have been gracious enough to step up to the plate to offer this winner’s purse, and we are looking to have our 206 Senior drivers put on a show. Also, check out our new event schedule to streamline the race weekend.”

With WKA now keeping entry open until 11:59pm on Sunday evening, competitors have the chance to avoid the lines trackside. Entry will open at the facility on Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Outside of the 206 Senior class, all pre-entered competitors will have the chance to win prizes in three separate raffles. These prizes include:

Prize 1: Free Entry for Daytona
Prize 2: Free Set of Tires for Daytona
